Refund Policy

1. Custom Software Development

Custom software development projects are non-refundable once development has commenced. A detailed project agreement will outline all milestones and payment terms before starting work.

2. ERP Products & Subscriptions

For our ERP products (NextValley, Restrobite, GST Mark, etc.):

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available for partial months
  • No refunds for subscription renewals

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@linkzen.in with your order details
  • Include the reason for your refund request
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service, or if services have been extensively used prior to the refund request.
